    Based on your responses, the assessment places you into a readiness category ranging from AI Resistant to AI Advanced. Each result provides personalized insights, growth opportunities, and recommended next steps to help strengthen your AI knowledge, confidence, and future workplace readiness as AI continues transforming industries worldwide.

In addition it will teach how to coach career motivation, which we call the motivator along with supplemental coaching strategies that allow you to prescribe coaching ultimately saving you time because it does not require your physical presence.
