Thank you for making a request. Please note some standard procedures for officer visits.

1. All requests must be submitted for approval. Consideration is given to the officers' geographic location and schedule.

2. The first visit to a chapter is on Virginia FFA. Chapters should plan to cover travel and food costs for any additional visits. Area rallies, COLTs, and advocacy trainings are covered by the Virginia FFA.

3. Supervision of students by the advisor(s) is still expected during a visit.

4. Please submit an evaluation after the visit to provide productive feedback and suggestions for improvements.
