    Full Circle isn’t a theme — it’s a feeling. Over the past 12 years, Space Station Studio has been shaped by every artist who walked through our doors, hung work on our walls, and left a piece of themselves in our space. This is not a themed show. There is no subject matter requirement, no style directive, no color palette. What connects this exhibition isn’t a concept, it’s our community. We invite you to submit work that is simply & authentically yours.

  • Dear Artist,

    Thank you for your interest in sharing your art for the exhibition celebrating Space Station Studio's Twelve Year Anniversary Group Show "FULL CIRCLE" curated by Aaron Sarkisian, Liz Bates and DMHood.

    IMPORTANT DATES:

    *Submissions are open from 5/5/2026-5/15/2026.

    *Acceptance notifications will be made by 5/18/2026.

    *Artwork Drop off will be from 5/20/2026-5/24/2026. (If you need special accommodations outside the drop off window please email us)

    *The exhibition is scheduled to run from Saturday, 5/30/2026- Sunday, 5/31/2026 at Space Station Studio, 315 W Grant St. Suite C, Orlando, FL, 32806.

     

    Please provide your details, upload your artwork, and complete your payment for up to five pieces.

  • We look forward to a wonderful and memorable exhibition! Below is your contract as an Artist in this exhibition, which contains the terms and conditions of exhibiting your work with Space Station Studio if selected.

    When completed, this contract constitutes a binding agreement to the following terms and conditions, between yourself, herein referred to as “the Artist,” and Space Station Studio, herein referred to as “the Gallery.” 

     

    CONTRACT & EXHIBITION FEE
    ● The Artist must complete this form no later than Friday, May 15th, 2026. A submission does not guarantee acceptance of all works. 

    DELIVERY OF ARTWORK
    ● Delivery of artwork (in person or shipped) must be completed by Sunday, May 24th 2026.

    DOCUMENTATION

    ● The Artist must provide all information requested by the Curator directly to the Curator no later than 5/15/2026. Including but not limited to: artist statement, artist bio, artwork tag information, artwork price, etc. 

    (It is acceptable if the artwork is not for sale.)

    For artwork sold: The Curator’s percentage is 23% and will go towards supporting Space Station Studio's future . (This percentage covers the 3% credit card processing fee) Sales tax will be added to all works.

    INSTALLATION/DEINSTALLATION
    The Curator is responsible for the installation and deinstallation of artwork.
    Deinstallation will take place Monday, June 1st, 2026.
    You may also leave with your artwork the night of Sunday May 31st.
    Please make arrangements to pick up artwork that day or the following week.

    RECEPTIONS

    ● Opening receptions will take place on Saturday, May 30th from 6-10 PM* &  Sunday, May 31st from 5-8 PM* 

     


    LOST, DAMAGED & FORGOTTEN ARTWORK

    ● The Gallery does not hold insurance to cover damaged or stolen works. The Curator and/or Artists may acquire their own “wall to wall” insurance coverage of work, but it is not required for the exhibition.

    ● The Gallery will not be held responsible for work that arrives late for any reason (including postal delays). The Gallery reserves the right to exclude works that are not received by the agreed upon time and date.

    ● Any purchased work for which full payment cannot be made to the artist within the required thirty (30) days will be returned to the artist within thirty (30) days of the last day of the scheduled exhibition.

    ● Unclaimed works left in possession of the gallery (exceeding 90 days after the closing of this exhibition) will be donated or auctioned off at fundraisers for funding future projects.

    REPRODUCTION & COPYRIGHT

    Reproduction rights and copyright of any and all work remain exclusively with the Artist and/or their estate. The Gallery may reproduce work for the sole and exclusive purpose of promoting the Curator’s exhibition at the Gallery for the engagement described in the exhibition and for the creation and distribution of a Space Station Studio catalog record, publication, and promotion. 
     


    *Additional services and contracts are available to create print editions between Space Station Studio and the artist. We offer archival pigment printing services on top of our screen printing services.

    Artists are allowed to remove their works from the wall on the final night of the exhibition, May 31st after 8 PM.
