1 Hour Summer Make-It-And-Take-It Events
This registration form is for Swenson Studios 10 Year Anniversary Make-it-and-take-it Eventd for makers ages 6-15. Events cost only $10 a piece and include all materials. Projects, dates, and times vary!

Due to the nature of these events, registration will not be complete until payment is received. Pahment must be made prior to the event(s). You can pay via check, Venmo @Jennifer-Swenson-Art or PayPal Jennifer.marie.Swenson@gmail.com

Note: each event requires 4 students to run and caps at 8 to 10 students depending on the event. You will be notified if your event is cancelled due to low enrollment. A full refund is always issued for a cancelled event.

Student Image Use

Often Swenson Studios makes posts to our Facebook page showing the work that is created in our classes. We are excited about the work that our students create! Student artwork may also be included in printed media or forms, etc. You can grant or deny permission for images of your student and/or your student’s artwork to be taken and used in the aforementioned ways.

Enrollment is automatic upon receipts of your registration AND payment. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee and registration is not considered complete. All registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis until the class maximum is reached. Classes that do not reach the minimum requirement of 4 students will be cancelled. REFUND POLICY: Classes cancelled by Swenson Studios are subject to a full refund. Requests for withdrawal and refund must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start of the session/class. A full refund will be issued (a $1 handling fee will apply to reimbursement via check). A request for withdrawal should be submitting to Jenn Swenson via Swenson.Studios.Art@gmail.com. No refunds will be given for missed classes or sessions. I understand that the safety of participants with respect to this activity is not guaranteed by Swenson Studios. I understand that each participant has a responsibility to exercise due care in the performance of activities for the safety of him/herself and other participants. I understand that it is the responsibility of the participant to provide him/herself with accident or medical insurance. In the consideration of the participant being permitted to enroll in this activity, I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Swenson Studios and it’s instructor(s) from any and all claims, demands, costs, charges and expenses for harm, injury, damage or loss to persons or property which may be sustained by the participant(s) as a result of relating to or arising out of participation in this activity.
