Acknowledgment of Risk
Equestrian and farm activities involve inherent risks including falls, kicks, bites, unpredictable animal behavior, equipment failure, terrain hazards, and potential serious injury or death.
Assumption of Risk & Release
Participant assumes all risks and releases Equestrian at Three Cedars, Erica Griffith, and property owners Morgan and Ariel Heyman from liability, including negligence to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Rules & Conduct
Participant agrees to follow all instructions and safety rules. Unsafe behavior may result in removal.
Physical Fitness
Participant confirms they are physically and mentally capable of participation.
Emergency Medical Consent
Participant authorizes emergency care if needed and accepts all related costs.
Photo & Video Release
Participant consents to media use for promotional purposes unless opting out.
Indemnification
Participant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the program and property owners from claims arising from participation.
Legal
Governed by California law. Participant agrees to cover legal fees if a claim is brought and not successful.
