Third Annual Hot Springs Hispanic Heritage Festival Vendor Form

The 2025 Hispanic Heritage Festival is a one-day event celebrating the opportunity celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and bring the community together for a free event.
- The deadline to reserve your booth space is September 27, 2026 at 5pm. If you have not reserved your space by that time your space will be released to another vendor.
- Instead of a vendor fee, we do ask that all vendor booths be decorated in honor of hispanic heritage month.
- Vendors will be allowed to come and set up from 6am-8am on October 4th. If you require a vehicle you must be set up before 7am since we will be closing the roads down at that time.
- YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY YOUR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS ETC.
- Address:121 Orange St, Hot Springs, AR 71913 (vendor area will be along the South Green Way next to the Farmer's Market Pavillion)
