By consenting to the following terms and conditions, the registrant, Parent and or Guardian, hereby give the approval of the participation in any and all of the activities of Harvest City Church and rules set forth by Vacation Bible School Staff. Participation includes but is not limited to celebration services, bible adventures, games and any other activity associated with HARVEST CITY VBS 2026. I ASSUME ALL RISK AND HAZARD INCIDENTALS TO THE CUNDUCT OF THE ACTIVITIES. I further herby release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus, Inc. (AAFICJ) and Harvest City Church, the organizers, directors, counselors, the facility and administration and each of them, from any claim, demand, or action arising out of, or in a way related to Harvest City Church 2026 VBS. In the event of any injury, the staff is authorized to obtain any medical care treatment deemed necessary. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS IS REALEASE OF LIABILITY AND I AGREE TO IT VOLUNTARY. I will not hold Harvest City Church liable for damaged or stolen items.
By registering, I give permission to Harvest City Church to use photographs, videos, and other recordings, likeness and images in promotional other activities sponsored by Harvest City Church.
