IMPORTANT VENDOR GUIDELINES
• Vendor spaces are first come, first served. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Only one vendor per category will be accepted (maximum of two if products are distinctly different).
• Please do not apply unless you are payment-ready. Once approved, payment will be processed immediately.
• All vendor payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
• Vendors are required to remain for the full duration of the event. No early breakdowns permitted. If an emergency arises, please notify us in advance.
• Vendors must provide their own setup, including canopy, tables, chairs, and display materials.
• Parking may be limited and may require walking distance. Wagons or carts are highly recommended for load-in and load-out.
• Approved vendors will be contacted via email and/or Instagram DM. Please be sure to check your inbox and message requests folder regularly for updates.
• Payment options include Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. If you prefer to pay by credit card, a payment link will be provided and all processing fees will be the responsibility of the vendor.
