  • Tickets, Badges and Show Program Space

Please consult the Exhibitor Packet for more information on tickets, badges and the printed show program.
  • Digital Tickets: We have moved to an online ticket system for Exhibitor General Admission and VIP tickets. We will send out detailed instructions on how you use the system, closer to the show. If you participated in either of the 2025 Boats Afloat Shows - it is the same system.

While there are no physical printed tickets, each exhibitor can redeem (10) General Admission digital tickets and (10) VIP digital tickets free of charge. Beyond that allotment, you can download and share as many tickets as you wish - you will be charged for any additional tickets that are scanned at entry (NEW: Tickets are charged back at $10/ticket, regardless of if they are VIP or General Admission). You will not be charged for any digital tickets that you distribute that are not scanned.

  • Badges: In-Water Exhibitors receive up to 10 badges. Shoreside Exhibitors receive up to 5 badges. Additional badges are available for $15/badge. Your confirmation email will have a link to the Badge Form; it's also available on the Exhibitor Materials page of the Boats Afloat Show website. NEW: Exhibitors who do not submit their badge form by August 21st will be assessed a $25 fee.

  • Printed Show Program: Reserve space in our attractive printed show program! Full details, including pricing and deadlines, are available in the Exhibitor Packet. If multiple exhibitors request the same ad location (e.g. back cover), ad space allotment will be based on the date/time the contract is submitted and deposit paid, with the first company to submit their contract and deposit securing the ad space.
