The AWiA National Conference 2026 brings together women from across Australia’s agricultural sector for three days of connection, learning and leadership.
Held in Orange, NSW from 27–29 July, the conference will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, practical workshops and regional tours, alongside opportunities to build meaningful connections with women working across the industry.
Under the theme Grounded Voices – National Impact, the conference will explore how women’s leadership, experience and ideas are shaping the future of Australian agriculture.

We are thrilled to offer a fully funded ticket for one person to attend this conference.
Unfortunately, there is no travel or accommodation budget to support Rootlings' travelling to attend the course.
The Rootlings program and this opportunity are supported by Wine Australia, with levies from Australia’s grape growers and winemakers and matching funds from the Australian Government.
