This Limited Power of Attorney is entered into between
Quality Freight Operations ('Dispatcher') and the Carrier identified below.

Carrier authorizes Dispatcher to:

- Contact brokers and shippers
- Negotiate freight rates
- Accept freight opportunities
- Sign rate confirmations on behalf of Carrier

Dispatcher shall not control Carrier operations, drivers, equipment, finances, or business decisions.

This Agreement remains active until revoked in writing.
