  • Terms of Service

    By commissioning artwork or booking a tattoo with Xotics Art & Tattoo, you agree to the following terms:

  • Section A - GENERAL TERMS

    (Applies to all clients)

  • AGREEMENT

  • By sending any form of payment (deposit or full), the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below.

  • Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Cashapp, Apple Pay, Zelle, PayPal, Cash & Card.

  • Deposits & Refunds

  • - All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

    - Deposits secure your project or appointment slot.

    - No refunds once work has started or a session has begun.

  • Respect & Professionalism

  • Xotics Art & Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service for:

    - Disresepectful behavior 

    - Unrealistic expectations 

    - Requests that do not align with the brand 

    - Any situation that compromises quality or safety 

  • Section B - ART COMMISSION TERMS

    (Commission clients only)

  • Booking Process

  • - A 50% non refundable deposit is required to begin all commissions.

    - Remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery.

    - No work begins until deposit is recieved.

  • Creative Process

  • - All work is created in the artist's unique style.

    - References are for inspiration only - no exact copies.

    - The artist maintains full creative control.

     

     

  • Revisions

  • - 1 to 2 revisions included during the sketch phase.

    - Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

  • Turnaround Time

  • - Timelines vary depending on complexity and workload.

    - Estimated completion time will be communicated per project.

  • Usage Rights & Copyright (Art)

  • - Commercial use (Logos, Album Covers, Merchandise, Branding, Etc.) requires an additional licensing fee.

    - The artist retains full ownership and copyright. 

    - Client recieves rights for personal use only. 

  • Delivery

  • - Final artwork is delivered after full payment is recieved.

    - Digital files are sent electronically. 

    - Physical pieces may include additional shipping costs.

  • Commission Guidelines

  • ✅ ACCEPTED WORK

    The artist specializes in and accepts:

    - Cover art/Direction pieces 

    - Tattoo design concepts 

    - Custom conceptual artwork 

    - Cultural, lifestyle, and storytelling visuals 

    - Anime, Character design 

    - Logo/Graphic design

     

    ❌ NOT ACCEPTED

    The artist does NOT accept commissions involving:

    - NSFW or explicit sexual content 

    - Hate speech, offensive, or discriminatory themes 

    - Illegal or harmful subject matter 

    - Exact replicas of another artist's work 

    - Heavy animal focused pieces (subject to discretion)

    - Any concept that does not align with the Xotics Art brand 

     

     

  • Artist Discretion

  • - The artist reserves the right to decline any project for any reason.

    - Acceptance of a commission is based on creative alignment, scope, and availability. 

  • Section C - TATTOO SERVICE TERMS

    (Tattoo clients only)

  • Eligibility

  • - Clients must be 18 years or older. 

    - Valid government issued ID is required.

     

  • Booking & Appointments

  • - A non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. 

    - Deposit goes toward the final tattoo price. 

    - Remaining balance is due immediately after the session.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • - Minimum of 48 hours notice required to reschedule. 

    - Less than 48 hours = deposit forfeited. 

    - No call/No show = automatic cancellation + deposit forfeited. 

    - Rebooking requires a new deposit.

  • Design Process

  • - Designs are created in the artist's style.

    - Reference images are for inspiration only. 

    - Final designs are typically presented close to the appointment date.

    - Minor adjustments may be made at the appointment if needed.

  • Health & Safety

  • Clients MUST: 

    - Be in good health. 

    - Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin issues.

    - Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

    - The artist reserves the right to refuse service if safety is at risk.

  • Aftercare Responsibility

  • - Aftercare instructions will be provided.

    - The client is fully responsible for proper healing.

    - The artist is not liable for issues caused by improper aftercare.

  • Tattoo Design Rights

  • - All tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of the artist 

    - The artist may reuse or adapt designs unless exclusivity is purchased.

  • Section D - CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Client Expectations

  • By working with Xotics Art & Tattoo, clients agree to: 

    - Provide clear and accurate information. 

    - Respect the artist's time and process.

    - Communicate professionally.

    - Arrive on time for appointments.

  • Section E - FINAL AGREEMENT

  • Acknowledgement

  • By submitting a deposit or payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.

     

    Failure to comply may result in cancellation of service without refund.
