    • If you appoint the Chairperson as proxy and leave the voting direction blank, the Chairperson will vote in favour of all resolutions.
    • If you return this form without naming a proxy, the Chairperson of the Meeting will be taken to be your proxy.
    • Attending and voting in person at the AGM revokes this proxy appointment for any matter on which you vote personally.
    • The Special Resolution (Item 5) requires a 75% majority of votes cast to be passed.

  • By Special Resolution: That the amendments to the Constitution of Swimming Pool & Spa Association of Australia Ltd as specified in the Explanatory Memoranda, and as reflected in the marked-up version of the Constitution included therein, be approved and adopted, with effect from the date of passing of this resolution.
