Transportation Agreement

Full weekly fees apply regardless of usage and transportation is a scheduled weekly service.
Students must remain seated and follow all driver instructions at all times, and unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.
Mystic School Transportation buses are not wheelchair accessible and do not provide aides or monitors, and students must be able to ride safely and independently without specialized supervision.
Mystic School Transportation may suspend or terminate service at any time for safety, behavioral, or operational reasons.
Authorize emergency medical assistance if needed and understand the parent/guardian will be notified as soon as possible.
