Bulk Vehicle Permit Request

Individual Tenants: Do not fill out this form. Please contact your property manager for all individual vehicle permit requests or email info@fullcirclevt.com for more information.

Management may send notices regarding snow removal, maintenance, or parking changes, or rules violations to the primary contact on file for your organization. Your organization is solely responsible for communicating these notices to their individual drivers, employees, or authorized users.

• Physical tags/stickers must be displayed in the lower-left driver’s side window.
• Sharing or transferring tags/stickers to other vehicles is prohibited.
• Vehicles must be legally registered, insured, operable, and leak-free.
• Oversized vehicles that block access to other spaces are prohibited.
• Unauthorized or non-compliant vehicles may be fined, booted, or towed at the owner's expense.
• You consent to the use of License Plate Recognition (LPR) for parking enforcement purposes.
• Management is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal property.
• If cameras are present, Management does not monitor them in real-time. Video footage will only be retrieved if a formal police report is filed and law enforcement contacts us directly.
• Violations of these terms or Property rules may result in fines, immediate towing, vehicle booting, or the revocation of parking privileges.
• Vehicles must be moved promptly upon notice for snow removal or facilities maintenance. If a vehicle is not moved, it may be towed at the owner’s sole expense.
• Replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged parking permits, hang tags, or garage door openers may incur additional replacement fees.
