Come out for a fun-filled day of back road jeepin' as we show our support for our incredible veterans who served our country!

This event is all about enjoying the ride, connecting with fellow Jeepers, and giving back to our veterans who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

9:30a-11:30p : Registration pick-up/Raffles; Meet up @ Pine Belt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (6905 US-98, Hattiesburg, MS 39402)

12:00p : Roll out for back roads ride (We will do a drive through at the Veteran's Home in Collins)

2:00p : Vendors/Raffles/Food/Drinks/Games at Brookside Barn (55 Blackwell Loop, Ellisville, MS)

2:00p-3:00p : DJ Music; Vendors/Raffles/Food

3:00p : Show-n-Shine Competition (Jeeps must be parked in designated area and drivers at Jeeps by 2:45pm)

3:00p - 6:00p : Live Music; Continued - Vendors/Raffles/Food (Raffle ticket sales end at 3:45p)

4:00p : Raffle Drawings

5:00p : Show-n-Shine Awards

6:00pm : Vendors/Live music ends

6:00pm - until : Jeep and greet hangout :)

ACKNOWLEGMENT OF INSURANCE:
All registered vehicles must carry automobile liability coverage with minimum limits & DMV registration.
The Undersigned acknowledges that he/she has insurance on registered Jeep.

OPERATIONS OF VEHICLES:
The driving or operating of a vehicle of any kind while under the influence of alcohol or any illegal
stimulant or substance is strongly prohibited.
Event Management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all
activities of Jeepin' Back Roads. If you are evicted from event due behavior unacceptable to event
management, there will be no refunds issued.

ENTRY AND ADVERTISING RELEASE:
In consideration of this entry, vehicle owner, spouse, & guests agree to permit Jeepin' Back Roads the use
of their names, picture and pictures of their vehicles for all publicity, advertising and commercial
purposes.

LIABILITY:
In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of
this release form, release and discharge Jeepin' Back Roads, LLC., Brookside Barn, Pine Belt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, event staff, event
sponsors, event volunteers, City of Hattiesburg and Forrest County, City of Sumrall and Lamar County, City of Seminary, City of Collins, Covington County, City of Ellisville and Jones County, Soldiers Freedom Outdoors of MS from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and or
claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrant to his/her person or property.
Further each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, & bodies
of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participants
assisting or cooperating with entrants and under the direction or control of entrants. Entrants agree
that participation in any contest, games, or activities may be limited.

Person Signing this release agrees to all the above and has or will discuss details with each rider in their
Jeep.

MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO BE A REGISTERED JEEPER AND TO SIGN THIS RELEASE
