By registering for this conference, the attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Registration Fee
The registration fee covers attendance for the full conference program (Wed-Fri for Directors & Thu-Fri for All Attendees). Partial attendance or selective participation does not qualify for a reduced rate.
No Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, schedule conflicts, or non-attendance.
NAPT Membership Verification (Courses Only)
Attendees enrolling in any NAPT courses at a reduced member rate must have an active membership listed on the NAPT website. If a registrant’s membership is not publicly listed, proof of active membership will be required to receive the reduced course rate.
Attendee Substitutions
Registered attendees may transfer their registration to an alternate individual within their organization.
All substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than July 1 to Matt Kearns at matthew.kearns@devivobus.com.
Failure to Attend
Failure to attend the conference without prior substitution will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee.
Modifications
The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the program, schedule, or speakers as necessary.
