CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Nominee must be the local Board / Association current or past REALTOR® OF THE YEAR.
2. NOMINEE MUST HOLD REALTOR® membership in the local Board / Association and State Association May 1 of previous year to April 30 of current year, which is the qualifying period.
3. Current GAR President, President-Elect and Immediate Past President are not eligible to receive this award.
4. This form is specifically for individuals who have opted out of competition for various reasons, such as having little to no GAR involvement, which constitutes 50% of the final score.
5. Photo of nominee (required). Upload a hi-resolution color headshot photo of nominee with this form. A hi-resolution photo is an image of 300+ dpi (500 KB or over 1 MB) resolution in a jpg, pdf, or png format. Contact bminer@garealtor.com if you have questions about these specifications.
6. Entry must be submitted to GAR by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date (Monday, May 31, 2027). Association Executives will receive a confirmation notice when all materials are received.
7. Your nominee must be aware of their "Honor Only" nomination status prior to submission.
Only one (1) applicant for the GAR REALTOR® OF THE YEAR, per Board, may be submitted during each year.
