DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
Students must be signed in and out by an authorized adult each day.
Late pick-up will incur a fee of $1 per minute 15 minutes after class ends. After 60 minutes, the appropriate authorities may be contacted. Please text or call if you know you’ll be late!
Children will not be released to any person not listed on this form without prior written authorization.
ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS
Please notify the studio as soon as possible if your child will be absent.
Missed classes due to illness or personal reasons are not refunded but may be eligible for a make-up session, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. Full refunds will be issued in that event.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Full tuition is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged.
Refunds requested more than 14 days before the start of a session will receive a full refund.
Refunds requested within 14 days of the session start will receive a 50% credit toward a future session.
No refunds will be issued after the session has begun, except in cases of serious illness or injury (documentation required).
BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT
We expect all students to treat peers, instructors, and materials with respect.
Bullying, harassment, or destructive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.
Students are responsible for the intentional damage of equipment or property.
MATERIALS & STUDIO SUPPLIES
All basic materials are included in tuition unless otherwise specified.
Students should wear clothing appropriate for art-making. We are not responsible for stained clothing.
Personal belongings should be labeled. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
MEDIA & DIGITAL DEVICES
Personal electronic devices should remain put away during class unless approved by the instructor. For children’s classes if a cell phone or other device is used without permission it will be confiscated until the end of class.
