- DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
  
  Students must be signed in and out by an authorized adult each day.
  Late pick-up will incur a fee of $1 per minute 15 minutes after class ends. After 60 minutes, the appropriate authorities may be contacted. Please text or call if you know you’ll be late!
  Children will not be released to any person not listed on this form without prior written authorization.
  
  ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS
  
  Please notify the studio as soon as possible if your child will be absent.
  Missed classes due to illness or personal reasons are not refunded but may be eligible for a make-up session, subject to availability.
  We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. Full refunds will be issued in that event.
  
  PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
  
  Full tuition is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged.
  Refunds requested more than 14 days before the start of a session will receive a full refund.
  Refunds requested within 14 days of the session start will receive a 50% credit toward a future session.
  No refunds will be issued after the session has begun, except in cases of serious illness or injury (documentation required).
  
  BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT
  
  We expect all students to treat peers, instructors, and materials with respect.
  Bullying, harassment, or destructive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.
  Students are responsible for the intentional damage of equipment or property.
  
  MATERIALS & STUDIO SUPPLIES
  
  All basic materials are included in tuition unless otherwise specified.
  Students should wear clothing appropriate for art-making. We are not responsible for stained clothing.
  Personal belongings should be labeled. The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  
  MEDIA & DIGITAL DEVICES
  
  Personal electronic devices should remain put away during class unless approved by the instructor. For children’s classes if a cell phone or other device is used without permission it will be confiscated until the end of class.

- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT. By signing below, you agree to all terms in this section.
  
  IN CONSIDERATION of my child's participation in programs, classes, camps, and activities offered by Messy Bee Studio (the "Studio"), I, parent/guardian first name Last Name, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed above, agree to the following:
  
  1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
  I understand and acknowledge that participation in art classes and camps involves certain risks, including but not limited to: exposure to art materials (paint, clay, glue, scissors, and other tools); minor cuts, scrapes, or other injuries; and allergic reactions to art supplies. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of my child.
  
  2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Messy Bee Studio, its owners, directors, employees, instructors, and volunteers (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to personal injury, accident, illness, or property damage incurred during my child's participation in Studio programs, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
  
  3. INDEMNIFICATION
  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including reasonable attorney's fees) that may be incurred as a result of any claim arising from my child's participation in Studio activities.
  
  4. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
  In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Studio staff to seek medical attention for my child if I cannot be reached. I agree to be responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred. I understand the Studio staff will make every reasonable effort to contact me first.
  
  5. ALLERGY & MATERIAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
  I have disclosed all known allergies and medical conditions on this form. I understand it is my responsibility to update the Studio with any changes. I release the Studio from liability related to undisclosed conditions or allergies.
  
  6. CONDUCT & DISMISSAL
  I understand that the Studio reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive. In such cases, no refund will be issued. I agree to discuss my child's behavior with Studio staff if requested.
  
  7. SEVERABILITY
  If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Two Bad Mice Dollhouse Week

Calling all budding interior designers! This week we will design, craft, and decorate a dollhouse! Dollhouse included. Will you make a rainbow dream house, a secret laboratory, or a haunted mansion?

This week we will learn some basic hand sewing and create a felt stuffed animal, weave on a tiny loom, create accessories for a stuffed animal, and create an adorable pet/animal portrait.
