  • About you
    Tell us a bit more about the musical and creative things you are interested in.
    There’s no right or wrong answers and this won’t affect your application.
    It helps us to see if the workshops are giving you something new or different.

  • Music Interests

    Tell us about your interest in music.  It can be anything you like.

    It could be what artists do you like? What types of music? What is your favourite track or song? Why do you like it?

    If you’ve listened to some music that was new to you, tell us about it and how you found it.

    You could tell us about any music making you’ve done. It could be in school or out of school, with a music teacher, in a youth group or band, or on your own with instruments or technology, like using music apps on a phone.

  • Creative Interests

    Please tell us about any other creative interests you have. This could be drama, acting, singing, dance, art, crafts and making things.

    It could also be using technology creatively, such as creating art, animation, designing, creative gaming, editing videos.

  • Important Information

    Please give information about anything we should know regarding access needs, disabilities, relevant medical information, dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten free, food allergies) etc. This will not affect your application but it will help us plan a safe experience for everyone.

    As an educational charity The Stables  may take photographs and videos during the workshops to use in different ways to support our activities. These can include uses for documentation, evaluation, reporting to funders, marketing, publicity including  educational resources, archiving, or fund-raising for future educational activities or other similar purposes. No individuals are identified by name unless specific additional consent is asked for and given. 

    THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SOCIAL MEDIA - a seperate permission is requested for that.

  • I give permission for recording, filming and photography to be used by The Stables for the above general publicity purposes.*
  • Social Media Consent

    As an educational charity The Stables may take photographs and videos during the workshops to use in different ways to support our activities. These can include the uses above  PLUS official Stables social media. No individuals are identified by name unless specific additional consent is asked for and given.

  • To apply please complete this form and submit it 

    We will  look at your application and get back to you within 1 week of receiving it .

    There are  limited numbers of places and some are reserved for bursary supported applications.

    If you are offered a place we will  let you know how to pay for the total number of days you have applied for. Payment will be through our Box Office.

    A place must be paid in full by the date given, or the place may be  freed up for someone else.

    Further information about the workshops will be sent when the payment  is received.

  • Bursaries

    We have a limited number of bursaries available for cases of financial hardship, to enable young people who face additional challenges to attend workshops, or as special awards for selected young musicians.
