  •  This programme is for social purpose leaders from a Global Majority background, serving communities within Birmingham. By Global Majority, we mean leaders who identify as Black, Asian, of mixed heritage, Indigenous, or from other communities racialised as non-white in the UK.

     

    By social purpose leader we mean working with or for any local group, initiative, project or organisation within the charity or social enterprise or social purpose sectors in Birmingham.

  • If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to a 20 minute online interview to learn more about your work as a social purpose leader working in Birmingham and to ensure that the programme is a good fit for you. You will also have an opportunity to learn more about the programme and ask any questions. Following this, a final outcome will be shared with you via email by 14th August 2026.
