    By social purpose leader we mean working with or for any local group, initiative, project or organisation within the charity or social enterprise or social purpose sectors in Birmingham.

  • If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to a 20 minute online interview to learn more about your work as a social purpose leader working in Birmingham and to ensure that the programme is a good fit for you. You will also have an opportunity to learn more about the programme and ask any questions. Following this, a final outcome will be shared with you via email by 14th August 2026.
