The recipient of this award demonstrates a strong commitment to showcasing the unique character, creativity, and experiences that define the region. Through exceptional customer service, innovative programming, and strategic marketing efforts, they elevate the visitor experience while contributing to the growth, sustainability, and economic impact of the local tourism sector.
Eligible nominees may include, but are not limited to, restaurants, hotels, motels, wineries, microbreweries, attractions, cultural venues, festivals, and golf courses that have gone above and beyond in promoting tourism and enriching the community.
Successful nominees will exemplify excellence in areas such as innovation within their sector, outstanding front-line service, workforce development and training, collaborative partnerships, and meaningful community involvement. They may also demonstrate leadership through creative marketing initiatives or by reaching new and diverse audiences.
This award honours a business that not only attracts visitors, but also strengthens community pride and contributes to the cultural and economic vitality of Cornwall and the surrounding region.
