Summer 2026 Kid's Camp Registration

Location: College Park High School Gyms
Cost: $120 for each participant

Please fill out this form in its entirety no later than JULY 5TH to guarantee a shirt, poms and a bow. Please fill out a separate registration form for each participant attending camp.

Snacks will be provided each day of camp. It is recommended that participants wear athletic clothes and tennis shoes. There will be a parent showoff on Wednesday, July 22nd at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Photos will be taken of College Park Cheerleaders and participants throughout camp for use on official College Park Cheer social media pages. All photos taken will be loaded into a public Photo Circle album that will be shared with the families of all participants the week of camp.

Parent Release, Waiver, and Liability: In the event of an emergency, I authorize the College Park Cheer staff to obtain medical attention for my child. By my signature, I am informing Conroe Independent School District that I understand that the District and/or College Park Cheer and camp staff is not responsible for any accident or payments resulting from such an accident. In the event of injury to our child, we recognize that the Conroe Independent School District, its Board of Trustees, its agents and its employees are in no way liable for any injuries, medical expense, or damage and will have no insurance covering our child.
