Ascend Board Reach is a curated board advancement experience for senior executives preparing to pursue corporate board service. Designed for leaders who may currently be restricted from serving on boards, the program provides a strategic, high-touch pathway to board readiness.

Participants will gain practical insight into how boards are built, how to position for opportunities, and how to translate their experience into a compelling board value proposition.

Who Should Be Nominated
Senior leaders (e.g., partners, executives, or recently retired leaders) with deep expertise who aspire to serve on corporate boards and are beginning to prepare for that transition.

Format & Tuition
In-person experience during Ascend Engage, followed by select virtual engagements over 12 months

Tuition: $5,000
