HAUL IN/OUT FORM 2026

Haul in and haul out at the Abbotsford Agrifair is very specific, and it is important that this document is filled out and read. If you attended the fair as an exhibitor in 2025, you will be very familiar with the process. Our move-in/out slots are very specific, so please choose carefully. Our arenas are very busy this year, with the Open Dairy Heifer Show, 4-H Exhibitors, the RCMP Musical Ride, and the Country Horse Classic performers being on site. Please be patient with us, we are excited for our fair, which we have planned for you. Gate hours for the public: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm each day. Barn hours for public viewing/access: Friday and Saturday, 9 am-8 pm, Sunday, 9 am-5:30 pm. Please see all haul-in and out option times below. The barns on Sunday will be closing at 5:30 pm. You can BEGIN to pack up and move out starting at 6:00 pm on Sunday. This is a controlled move-out; exhibitors need to be aware that the entire fairgrounds are still operating, and the public is on site while we are doing this move-out. This means that you need to drive on to the site at your time with your rig around to the barns, load up as soon as possible, and head out the back gate. Monday the 3rd: You are more than welcome to move out this day if every animal and all your stuff is gone by 8:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS.
