2026 Sunflower Festival Craft Show and Rummage Sale
Thank you for your interest in participating in our Sunflower Festival Craft Show & Flea Market! We welcome craft vendors, flea market sellers, and food trucks to be part of this community event hosted at our church.

Please review the following before registering:

• Show will take place July 17-18, 2026 from 9am–4pm

• No refunds will be issued after registration.

• The event will take place rain or shine.

• Tables and display equipment are not provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup.

• All spaces must be set up and ready by 8:00 AM, and vehicles moved to the designated parking area immediately after unloading.

• Approved vendors will receive instructions to submit payment via Venmo. Booth space is not confirmed until full payment is received. Payments may also be mailed to the church at 601 E Ohmer Rd Mayville, Mi 48744 or dropped off with the church secretary.

Indemnification Agreement

The entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Village of Mayville, Michigan’s Mayville Sunflower Festival, and the event’s officials, volunteers, representatives, Mayville Hilltop Community Church and its members from any claim, demand, suit, loss, cost, or any damage which may be asserted, claimed, or recovered against or from Mayville Hilltop Community Church, the Village of Mayville and Michigan’s Mayville Sunflower Festival by reason of any damage to property, personal injury, or bodily injury, including death, sustained by any person whatsoever and which damage, injury, or death that arises out of or is incident to or in any way connected with the performance of this contract and regardless of which claim, demand, loss, or cost is caused in whole or in part by the negligence of entrant or by third parties, their agents, servants, employees, or factors of any of them.
