  • The Arkansas Department of Transportation is hosting their 6th Annual WIS Conference. The conference will host 9th-12th grade students from around the state of Arkansas who are a part of their school's STEM program.

  • We are currently in the process of selecting a catering vendor for the event. To help us plan appropriately, please indicate your lunch preferences below. While we cannot guarantee specific menu items at this time, your responses will guide our choices and help us accommodate as many needs as possible.

    Booth Selection

    All exhibitor tables will be 8-foot long. Booth locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after registration. Once you have registered, Patrick will contact you to confirm your preferred location. A venue map will be included with your confirmation email for reference.

     

     

    Event Information

    Event Location - Benton Event Center

    The event begins at 8:45 AM on April 15, 2027, and ends at 2:00 PM. Booth setup begins at 7:00 AM and must be completed no later than 8:45 AM. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.
