General Support:
Set-Up/Logistics Crew (morning setup of tents, tables, signs)
Breakdown/Cleanup Team (end-of-day tear down)
Guest Hospitality (ensure guests are taken care of, provide directions, answer questions, etc.)
Floaters (help wherever needed throughout the day)
Traffic Control (assist with managing the parking lot)
Stations:
Bookbag & Supply Distribution (assist with bookbag distribution and restocking)
Parent Gift Distribution Station (assist with distributing parent gifts)
Registration Tables (assist with guest check-in)
Clinic Check-In (assist with forms and line management)
Haircut/Braiding Station Assistant (manage flow, sanitize chairs)
Food Station Help (assist food line, trash, etc.)
Kids Area (assist kids with activity lines, ensure safety on equipment/playground)
Special Roles
Volunteer Hospitality (ensure volunteers are taken care of, help with check-in, etc)
VIP Hospitality (ensure vendors are taken care of, help with check-in, table assignments, etc.)
Media Team (capture moments for recap - photography, videography, interview, etc.)
Health Screenings Team
Nursing/Medical Student (Support healthcare professionals with participant intake, screenings, and event operations)
Nurse (Conduct health screenings and provide basic health education to participants)
Doctor (Conduct health consultations and offer medical guidance based on screening results)
Medical Assistant (Assist with participant intake, basic health screenings, and support for the health screening team)

Leadership Roles - must be available to attend virtual Leadership Orientation on July 17th at 7:00 pm.
