  • By completing this form, I am submitting an application and understand selection for this service is not guaranteed. If selected I can expect a response within 10 business days to schedule a consultation. If I am not selected, due to the number of applicants, I understand I may not receive a response. 


    Your first appointment in studio will be a consultation, which includes color matching, test patches, before photos and/or video as we see fit for use on our web/social platforms, and review of goals. At the end of the consultation, you will need to pay the $450 which will book your hair system application appointment and order your personalized hair system.

    At your application appointment, you will have your hair system thoughtfully placed, cut, blended and styled. You will receive care instructions and have your photos and/or video taken for promotion on our web/social platforms. 

    I understand that we have a strict 8 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 8 hours notice I will no longer be eligible as a candidate for this opportunity.
