    For artists seeking fiscal sponsorship through Arts Services Inc. to apply for a FY2027 NYSCA 'Support for Artists' grant.

  • Applications for the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) ‘Support for Artists’ grants for FY2027 are now open. Artists across disciplines can seek a $10,000 project grant with a qualified fiscal sponsor.

    By completing this form, you express interest in partnering with Arts Services Inc. as your fiscal sponsor.

    The form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.


    Important Deadlines:

    • On or before June 24, 2026: Read NYSCA’s Support for Artists Guidelines AND complete this intake form to schedule your required pre-application meeting with a member of our team. After you submit the intake form, an ASI team member will review your materials and follow up within three business days with next steps regarding a pre-application meeting.
    • Wednesday, July 1, 2026: All grant materials are due to ASI. This is a hard deadline - ASI must then review and upload all materials to the grant portal on your behalf.

    Upon completing this form, you will receive a confirmation email. An ASI staff member will follow up with you to schedule the required pre-application meeting.

  • Are you currently enrolled as a full-time student?*

  • Based on your response, you are ineligible to apply for a New York State Council on the Arts 'Support for Artists' Grant.

  • Did you read NYSCA's 'Support for Artists' guidelines and/or watch the virtual application webinar?*

  • You must read the NYSCA "Support for Artists" guidelines, available here before continuing this form OR watch NYSCA's FY2027 Application Webinar, available here.

  • Did you apply to NYSCA's FY26 Support for Artists grant in June 2025?*

  • Based on your response, you are ineligible to apply for a New York State Council on the Arts 'Support for Artists Grant' for FY2027.

    ** If you applied for the NYSCA Support for Artists for FY2026 and were denied due to the application cap, please select "Back," then reply "No" to the previous question. **

  • In which county do you reside? Please note; preference will be given to artists based in our services area (Erie, Niagara, Allegany, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua counties, or the Native nations that share this geography).*

  • Based on your response, you are ineligible to apply for a New York State Council on the Arts 'Support for Artists Grant' for FY2027.
