APPLICATION
Quick Grant funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to first-time applicants. Applications are reviewed and awarded strictly based on meeting the required funding criteria, eligibility requirements, and completeness of the application. Once the fiscal year funds have been awarded, the grant will no longer be available for the remainder of the fiscal year.

QUALIFYING ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE - Your organization must be one of the following (check one):
Is your ORGANIZATION located within MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ? If no, your organization is NOT eligible to apply.
Is your PROJECT located within MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ? If no, your organization is NOT eligible to apply.
Has your organization received QUICK GRANT funding from the Authority in the past?
Has your organization received BIENNIAL GRANT funding from the Authority in the past?

501 (c)(3) or 501 (c)(4) NON-PROFIT Organizations ONLY - IRS Designation Letter (PDF Format Only)

EIN LETTERS AND TAX FORMS NOT ACCEPTED. ALL 501 (c) 3, 501 (c) 4, charter schools, and private schools MUST provide the IRS Designation Letter indicating the organization has been designated a non-profit for no less than one year. (Public schools and public agencies are not required to submit.)

BOOSTER CLUBS, PTAs, PARENT ORGANIZATIONS - REQUIRED. Current Principal/District Superintendent Letter (PDF Format Only - dated, signed, on school/district letterhead)

Booster Clubs, PTAs, or Parent Organizations requesting funds on behalf of a school must submit a signed and dated letter from the school principal, district superintendent, or athletic director acknowledging the grant application has been submitted and authorizing the club to raise funds on behalf of the school. IF NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION, THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
