You may choose to have all items that do not sell donated to a local charity or you may pick up your items during the designated pick-up time on Sunday afternoon. Please review your emails and the Facebook consignor group for the exact pickup times. It is your responsibility to pick up your unsold items. What would you like us to do with your items?

This is a Fall event.

-We will NOT accept Spring/Summer items including swimsuits, shorts, tank tops, sandals and etc.

-We will NOT accept items that have holes, stains or show significant wear.

-We will NOT accept items with odors-smoke, urine, etc.

-We will NOT accept used pacifiers. Socks must be in like new condition. Underwear must be new in package.

-We will NOT accept camp or shirts from vacation destinations or any holiday gear that is not 4th of July.

-We WILL accept jeans, button down shirts (not flannel), rain coats and booties.

-Junior clothing must be CURRENT tyles & brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Aerie, American Eagle, Delia's, GAP, Juice Couture, and Justice.

-Women's Activewear such as Old Navy, Nike, Under Armour, Lululemon ONLY. LulaRoe will not be accepted.

-Children's room décor & bedding sets only, no general house decor.

-Max of 15 stuffed animals. All unsold stuffed animals will be donated.

-Any recalled items or items not meeting the criteria will be automatically donated/disposed of by your tagger's discretion.

Do all of your items fit the above Fall/Winter criteria?

I understand that I will be given 1 week from tagger notification to pick up any of my items that are out of season before they are donated and will not be penalized with fees.

Do you have a car seat or booster for the sale? We will e-mail a car seat waiver for you to prepare for drop off.

Are all of your items freshly laundered, neatly folded, free of pet hair and organized by size so that they are ready for us to hang and tag? If your items are not properly organized they may be rejected at drop off.

Do you have any pets in your home? (We are asking as some of our taggers have allergies.)

I understand it is the sellers (my) responsibility to deliver items to my express tagger unless other arrangements are made with both parties. I prefer to drop my items near.... (We will do our best to assign a tagger most convenient, but availability may determine drop location). We also know sometimes you commute for work so that may open additional areas.

I understand anything used to deliver my items to the Express tagger becomes property of that tagger. Totes, boxes or bags will NOT be returned.

Seller Agrees to allow Here We Grow Again, LCC to sell any or all items checked into the Here We Grow Again Sale. I have agreed to allow Here We Grow Again, LLC to be responsible for tagging each item and setting the selling price. All express tag items will be marked for discount on our discount days.

Seller agrees by completing this form that they are READY TO DELIVER their items to their tagger. If the consignor is not ready for drop off they could lose their express tagging spot.

All items not meeting sale criteria will be donated at your tagger discretion.

Here We Grow Again agrees to pay the seller 35% of the total sales amount for their sold items. Amount increases by 5% to 40% if the seller works 1 team member shift or provides a meal for the team leaders. Seller understands that they pay a $12 consignor fee via PayPal before dropping off their items. Seller agrees to a $15 storage and supply fee to their tagger to be deducted from the seller's check at the end of the sale.

Seller agrees to consign items that are in working order with batteries, if needed. For each battery we replace, we will deduct $1 from seller's check at the end of the sale after confirming with seller that they do not wish to supply.

If the tagger finds a significant number of items that are stained, damaged or unsellable, the tagger has the right to refuse service. The seller has 1 week from notification to collect items. Any items already entered into the system will still be taken to the sale by the tagger. If seller wishes to then tag their own items they may do so by creating a second account. Our taggers work hard to provide this service, but we want to respect their time and talents by providing only the best items.

Seller recognized that Here We Grow Again, LCC is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during the sale.

Seller agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against Here We Grow Again, LLC, its agents or representatives, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participant in the sale, or the insurer of Here We Grow Again, LLC for any damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to Here We Grow Again, LCC or for personal injury. SELLER EXPRESSLY ASSUMES THE RISK OF THESE EVENTS OCCURING BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SALE.

This agreement will remain in force for any future Here We Grow Again Kids Consignment Sale unless cancelled in writing by either party and delivered to the other party.
