  • HOURS OF OPERATION:

    • After School: School dismissal through 5:30 PM: Snack provided
    • Half Day: School dismissal (noon) through 5:30 PM: Snack provided
    • Full Day: 8:00 AM - 4:30/5 PM: Both morning & afternoon snack provided, Lunch not provided

    TUITION:

    After school: $34/day (+additional activity fees)
    Half Day: $60/day (+additional activity fees)
    Full Day: $85/day (+additional activity fees)
    Transportation ONLY: $12/day 

     

    TRANSPORTATION ONLY:

    **Transportation ONLY Fee is for children who are not attending any MVS after school programming (including special activites) but are only being transported from their elementary school to the Annex or at a designated location for immediate pick up.**

  • Unless communicated otherwise, all drop off and pick up occurs at the Mountain Village School Annex, located at 512 Mountain Rd, Stowe.

  • Special Activities

  • Special activities are available in addition to the Annex based daily activities. If you'd like your child to participate in a special activity offerings, please make sure to register for those options in addition to the week day selections.  

  • Swim Lessons:
    Please note, s    wim lessons are an additional activity and you will need to also select the program day, either TUESDAY or THURSDAY, under "Weekly Enrollment Options".

    Tuesdays will offer beginner (1) & lower level intermediate (2)  focused lessons 
    Thursday will offer upper level intermediate (2)  through advanced (3) lessons 

    Please sign your child up for only one of the two session options (Tuesday OR Thursday) and ensure to select the approriate swim level. Please use the waitlist option if you'd like the option to register for a second day.  You can review level descriptions through: The Swimming Hole or see below.

    Levels 1 & 2: Tuesdays 4-5 PM, 7 weeks

    Levels 2 & 3: Thursdays 4-5 PM, 7 weeks
    September 3, 10, 17, 24
    October 1, 8, 15

    Lesson Fee: $154 for full, 7 week session.
    Lessons include transportation, 30 minutes of instruction from a Certified Swim Instructor and 30 minutes of free swim.

    *Children may be picked up at the Swimming Hole at 5:00 or back at the Annex for 5:30.

  • Golf Lessons:

    Please note, golf lessons is an additional activity and you will need to also select the program day, WEDNESDAY, under "Weekly Enrollment Options".
     
    Wednesdays 3:30-4:30 PM, 6 weeks

    Lesson Fee: $132 for full, 6 week session.  
    Lessons include transportation and 60 minutes of instruction from a Ryder Brook Golf Pro.

    *Children may be picked up at Ryder Brook Gold Course at 4:30 or back at the Annex for 5:00.

                          • 90% refund or credit toward futures MVS After School programming, if emailed prior to the session starting  (session starting is defined as being the first day of the session August 24, 2026) 

                          • 50% refund or 75% credit of the activity being removed if adjustment is emailed within the first two weeks of the session (by September 6, 2026)

                          • 25% refund or 50% credit of the activity being removed if adjustment is emailed within the first three weeks of the session (by September 13, 2026)

                          • No refund or credit if communicated after the third week of the session (September 14, 2026)

                          All schedule adjustments need to be emailed to Ali Gardner at annex@mountainvillageschool.com and Nick Crandall at nick@mountainvillageschool.com within the appropriate deadlines listed above.

                          A credit for removed activity may be applied to future MVS after school registrations.  A refund for removed activity will be processed within 7-10 business days after the session ends.

                          The cancellation of special activities are not refundable, but may be removed on a case by case basis.

                          Tuition is due regardless of absences, illness, or school closures (scheduled or otherwise).  Individual adjustments in schedules will not result in a refund in tuition, beyond what is stated above. For all additions in enrollment, tuition will be billed through Tuition Express at the end of the month.

                        • CANCELLATION WAIVER:

                          With the early release of Session 1, we know plans can change between now and the end of the summer.  For this reason, you will have the opportunity to make adjustments to your child's registration schedule up until Monday, August 3rd. The first billing for Session 1 will take place in early August. Our cancellation policy will go into effect as written on this date as well.  

                        • Once you have reviewed {childName}'s registration and clicked submit, you will be redirected to the 2026-2027 school year Enrollment form. This is required once per school year.
