Junior Nationals Logo Design Contest Submission Form
The purpose of the Logo Design Contest is to display a community selected design logo for the 2026 YONEX U.S. Junior National Championships.

The designs may be used in all media, which includes online, print, merchandise, and other visual collateral.

Official Contest Rules:
- All submitted work must be the original work of the contestant(s) and must not include, be based on, or derived from any pre-existing or third-party designs, trademarks, or copyrighted images.
- Designs must contanin the text "2026 YONEX U.S. Junior National Championships".
- All entries will become the property of USA Badminton.
- By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees that any and all intellectual property rights in the logo design are deemed assigned to USA Badminton.
- Except where prohibited by law, an entry submission into this contest constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, prize information, and information provided on the entry form for publicity purposes, without further permission or compensation.
- USA Badminton reserves the right to modify the winning logo to fit better the needs of the Junior National Championships.
- The decisions based on the public voting and USA Badminton staff will be final.
How to Enter:
- Create a logo design that must be submitted in .jpeg, .png or PDF formats
  - If you are chosen as a winner, you MUST be able to provide a high-resolution vector file (e.g., in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, EPS, or SVG).
- Submit your completed Entry Form and logo design no later than Saturday, May 23rd, 2026.
Selection Criteria:
- USAB Staff will open public voting on our website from May 25th - May 31st, 2026.
  - Relevance – Does the entry align with the theme of USAB or Junior Nationals?
  - Originality – Does the composition exhibit original design, creativity, and imagination?
  - Aesthetic Quality – Does the submission command attention? Does it display visual balance and color coordination? Do all the elements work together to create a unified and appealing design?
The winner will receive their design on merchandise at the 2026 YONEX U.S. Junior National Championships!

*USAB, in its sole discretion, will only consider suitable entries that are received.

USA BADMINTON WAIVER, INDEMNITY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
On my behalf, I hereby submit a Design to USA Badminton (USAB) for consideration in the 2026 Junior Nationals Logo Design Contest. I hereby swear, affirm, or certify that I am the sole creator of the Design.

I agree that if the Design is selected, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, representatives, executors, assigns, administrators, or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate, hereby grant USAB permission to use all or part of the Design. I hereby irrevocably authorize USAB, or an authorized agent thereof, to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, and/or distribute the winning Design for any and all lawful purposes. I waive any right to the Design and to inspect or approve the finished product wherein the winning Design appears. Additionally, I waive any right to other compensation arising out of or related to USAB's use of the winning Design beyond the initial prize.

I hereby grant USAB the right to use my name, photograph, statements, quotes, and testimonials or the name, photograph, statements, quotes, and testimonials of myself, in relation to the Design, regardless of whether the Design is chosen as the winning Design, for any lawful purposes without notification or compensation. I specifically acknowledge and understand that USAB maintains the right to reproduce, print, distribute, display, or exhibit the Design, if selected as a winning Design, for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on its website, social media, television, radio, newspaper, magazine, or other media outlets.

I hereby swear, affirm, or certify that the Design is an original work and does not violate copyright laws or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold USAB harmless from any claims of copyright infringement or any other claims of third party related to or in anyway associated with the Design.

By participating in the USAB Logo Design Contest, I, represent and warrant that I have read and agree to be bound by the contest’s official rules. I further understands that I relinquish all claims, rights (including any moral rights), and benefits related to the Design.
