By registering for this event, I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain, exposure to natural elements including insects. I agree to assume full responsibility for my actions and any resulting injuries or damages.
I hereby release and hold harmless Maple Spring Gardens LLC, Sunshine Dawson, Emily Newsome and the landowners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, that may arise from my participation in this event.
I understand that I am voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for my personal safety and belongings while on the property.
