Youth Support Group- Request for Enrollment Consultation
  •

Our Tween & Teen Support Groups are designed to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive space for youth ages 11–17 who may be navigating stress, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, peer relationships, school pressures, social media concerns, family changes, or other everyday emotional challenges. Groups are interactive, encouraging, and designed to help participants build confidence, communication skills, emotional awareness, and healthy peer connections.

To help ensure a positive and supportive experience for all participants, children should be able to participate independently in a structured group setting. This includes the ability to:

*Follow basic group expectations and directions
*Participate respectfully with peers and facilitators
*Manage transitions and remain in the group setting safely
*Engage without ongoing one-to-one behavioral support
*These groups are not a fit for youth currently experiencing significant behavioral difficulties that would require individualized therapeutic support within the group environment.

Most major insurance plans are accepted.
