• NGAG Display Grid Rental Agreement

  • Rental Fees

    • $5.00 per display grid per day
    • Minimum rental fee: $200
    • Late returns will be charged at $5.00 per grid per day.
    • Replacement cost for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreturned grids: $100.00 per grid

    Payment

    • Payment must be made via etransfer only to northgrenvilleartsguild@gmail.com.
    • Rental reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

    Identification Verification

    • Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented at pickup.

  • Storage locker location: Access Storage, 234 County Rd 44, Kemptville, ON, locker #74.

    Pickup and return times are by appointment only and subject to volunteer availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Responsibility and Care

  • By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and agree that:

    • I am fully responsible for all rented equipment from pickup until return and inspection by the North Grenville Arts Guild.

    • I will return all equipment on the agreed-upon return date and time.

    • Late returns are subject to additional fees of $5.00 per grid per day.

    • I will pay replacement costs of $100.00 per missing, stolen, damaged, or unreturned grid.

    • Display grids must not be altered, painted, drilled into, bent, cut, or otherwise misused.

    • I authorize the North Grenville Arts Guild to invoice me for any outstanding rental, damage, replacement, or late fees.

    • Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and/or legal action.

    • Rental reservations are not confirmed until payment and this signed agreement have been received.
