    Effective Date: This Agreement takes effect on the date of membership enrollment.

    This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between All 4 Paws Pet Spa ("Spa," "we," or "us") and the individual enrolling in a membership plan ("Member" or "you"). By enrolling, you agree to the terms set forth below. Please read this Agreement carefully before completing your enrollment.

    1. Membership Plans & Fees
    All 4 Paws Pet Wash Spa offers three membership tiers. Monthly fees are charged on the billing date selected at enrollment and recur automatically each month until cancelled.

    Fresh Paws $30/month $300/year
    Clean & Calm $55/month $550/year
    Spoiled Paws $80/month $800/year
    Add-On Pet (per pet) $22.00/month $220/year

    Annual memberships are billed in full at enrollment and represent approximately two months of savings compared to the monthly rate. Annual fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 3.
    Add-on pet pricing applies to households enrolling additional dogs under the same membership. A maximum of two (2) add-on pets are permitted per membership plan.

    2. Billing & Payment
    2.1 Billing Date
    Monthly memberships renew automatically on the billing date selected by the Member at the time of enrollment. The Member may select any date between the 1st and 28th of the month as their recurring billing date.


    2.2 Payment Method
    A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times. By enrolling, you authorize All 4 Paws Pet Spa to charge your payment method on file for all membership fees as they come due.


    2.3 Failed Payments
    If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again within three (3) business days. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, membership benefits will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. Suspended memberships do not accrue credits or perks during the suspension period.


    2.4 Price Changes
    We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice to the email address on file. Continued use of membership benefits after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

    3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    3.1 Monthly Memberships
    Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time with no notice required. Upon cancellation, your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued. Credits and perks expire at the end of the final billing period and are forfeited upon cancellation.


    3.2 Annual Memberships
    Annual memberships may be cancelled at any time; however, annual fees are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, benefits remain active through the end of the prepaid annual term. No prorated refunds are issued for unused months.


    3.3 How to Cancel
    To cancel your membership, you may:
    Submit a cancellation request in writing to info@all4paws.net
    Notify a team member in person at the spa during business hours
    Submit a request through your member portal, if available

    Cancellations will be confirmed via email within two (2) business days of receipt.

    4. Credits & Membership Perks
    4.1 Grooming Credits
    Monthly grooming credits are issued per household, not per pet, regardless of the number of pets enrolled under the plan. Credits are applied as a dollar-amount reduction toward grooming services at the time of service.
    Fresh Paws: No grooming credit included
    Clean & Calm: $10 grooming credit per billing cycle
    Spoiled Paws: $20 grooming credit per billing cycle

    Grooming credits are limited to one (1) use per household per billing cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over, accumulate, or hold cash value.


    4.2 Store Credits
    Monthly store credits are automatically applied to the Member’s account at the start of each billing cycle and may be redeemed toward any retail purchase at the spa.
    Fresh Paws: $3 store credit per billing cycle
    Clean & Calm: $5 store credit per billing cycle
    Spoiled Paws: $8 store credit per billing cycle

    Store credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire at the end of each billing cycle if unused. Credits are forfeited upon membership cancellation.


    4.3 Complimentary Services
    Included complimentary services (nail trim, teeth brushing) are provided once per household per billing cycle where applicable to the enrolled tier. Unused complimentary services do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.


    4.4 Self-Wash Access
    Unlimited self-wash access (Clean & Calm and Spoiled Paws tiers) is available during regular spa business hours for all pets enrolled under the membership. Fresh Paws members receive two (2) self-wash credits per billing cycle; unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.


    4.5 Birthday Perk
    Spoiled Paws members are entitled to one (1) complimentary birthday grooming add-on and surprise gift bag per membership year, redeemable within thirty (30) days of the enrolled pet’s birthday. The birthday perk is non-transferable and has no cash value.

    5. General Terms


    5.1 Membership is Non-Transferable
    Memberships are issued to the enrolling Member and are non-transferable. Benefits may not be shared with, assigned to, or redeemed by individuals outside the enrolled household.


    5.2 Spa Rules & Conduct
    Members and their pets are expected to comply with all spa policies, including vaccination requirements, leash policies, and behavioral guidelines posted at the facility. All 4 Paws Pet Spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund in the event of repeated violations of spa policies or conduct detrimental to the safety of staff, other clients, or animals.


    5.3 Limitation of Liability
    All 4 Paws Pet Spa will exercise reasonable care in providing services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Virginia law, the Spa’s liability for any claim arising out of membership services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Member in the three (3) months preceding the claim.


    5.4 Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


    5.5 Modifications to This Agreement
    All 4 Paws Pet Spa reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such changes. Continued use of membership benefits following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

    6. Acknowledgment & Agreement
    By enrolling in an All 4 Paws Pet Spa membership — whether in person, online, or through any authorized enrollment channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Membership Agreement.
