    Please complete this form to register your child and pay the deposit PRIOR to Photo Day - registration is essential for your child to be photographed.

  • For families with multiple enrolled children a separate registration is required to be filled out FOR EACH CHILD.

    *Registrations for each day close at 8pm the evening before, or sooner if maximum daily limits are met.


    When you submit this form you will receive an email response confirming your registration has been received. This will include your responses to the questions below. Please check your junk folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox and ensure all information entered is correct. You can refer back to this email if you forget which day you selected! If you do not receive the email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly therefore will not receive your gallery invitation when it is sent out. If there are any issues please email rememberthisphoto@live.com.au

    2-3 weeks following my visit you will receive a link to your private online gallery where you can view your photos and place your order, this email will include instructions on how to claim your $25 credit.

  • CHOOSE YOUR PHOTO DAY. Bookings for each day close at 8pm the evening before, or earlier if the daily limit has been reached. Note some days will fill up quicker than others, once the limit is reached the date will no longer appear as a choice.*
  • Please indicate your child's class - Note: Class photo will be a Composite (Yearbook Style) photo. Only registered children will appear on the class photo.*
  • Does your child have a SIBLING also attending the centre? **IMPORTANT: Please complete a separate registration form and pay a deposit for EACH CHILD**. Families with multiple registered children will receive all images in a single family gallery and your registration fees will be combined into one coupon code. Siblings will also be photographed together*
  • Do you give permission for Remember This Photography to use images of your child on social media/ website /promotional/ marketing material for purposes of example of work (no names are used however Facebook sneak peeks will identify the centre)*

    $15 per child (up to four children per session)

  • Does your child attend with a bestie or a cousin or have their own little gang you would love some special memories created with? The Besties Session will allow extra time to do just that!

    The 5-10 images from this session will be added to the galleries of each child and those photos can be incorporated into your order.

    **IMPORTANT INFO:

    - The $15 per child fee covers the additional time required to take and prepare your extra images only, and does not increase the value of your registration credit

    - All children taking part in the Besties Session must be registered for photos with permission granted by each child's parent/carer to be included, and the additional $15 per child must be have been paid with their registration

    - Please coordinate with the parent/carer of the other child/children to be included in the Besties Session to ensure you all select the same photo day. This will help things run smoothly and make sure everybody is in their photo clothes!

    - Finally, if you register for the Besties Session and it is unable to go ahead, either because permission is not granted for the other child or due to absence or illness, you will be refunded the $15 fee

        Your gallery invitation email will include a coupon code to receive a $25 credit towards your order. Registration is PER CHILD. If your child is absent on their scheduled photo day they will be photographed on the next day that they attend. If they do not attend at all during my visit your deposit will be refunded. Galleries close and the deposit credit will expire on the 31st December 2025. The deposit amount can only be refunded before my visit. Once photos have been taken and the gallery provided no refunds are available.
