NOTES FOR CARAVAN/CAMPER TRAILER/BIG RIG PASSES

To alleviate traffic congestion, caravans, camper trailers and big rigs are not permitted to arrive until 2pm on Friday.

Men can assist with dropping of caravans between 2pm and 3pm on Friday (no earlier). They are welcome to pick up caravans from 3pm on Sunday (no earlier).

Generators are not permitted.

Diesel heaters are not permitted due to the fumes affecting neighbouring campers.

There are no grey water dumping facilities onsite and sites are unpowered.

The Parties agree that the Debtor is to pay the Creditor the amount selected under, 'TICKET SELECTION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION'

The Parties agree to secure the amount of debt by entering into a new agreement where the above amount will be paid over 30 equal weekly payments according to the terms and conditions provided below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT PLAN
On receipt of this Payment Agreement Contract, Harmony Retreat Meelon will email an invoice and direct debit request form to the debtor.

The debtor will complete the direct debit request form within 5 business days of receiving the invoice from Harmony Retreat Meelon.

It is the responsibility of the debtor to make sure that there are sufficient funds in their bank accounts. It is also the responsibility of the debtor to catch up on any missed payments.

As tickets to the Fearless Women's Forest Gathering are non-refundable, payment plans are also non-refundable. In the event that a debtor does not honour this agreement and pay all of the installments, previous installments will be forfeited and a ticket will not be issued.

Tickets will be issued only when the payment plan is complete.

All payment plans must be completed by April 2nd, 2027.

In the event that a debtor wishes to sell their ticket, they will need to complete the payment plan and then use Tixel to onsell their ticket.
