Guidelines:
- Each person must submit a separate registration form.
- Send $85 per person via Zelle for 9-hole golf, dinner, and entertainment.
- Send $35 for dinner & entertainment.

- You can combine multiple registration payments in a single transaction when sending money to UPA
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment is required to confirm registration.
