Use this form to complete your abstract submission for Case Posters. Opportunities for case poster presentations is open to all dermatology residents, as well as medical students. If you have multiple abstracts you would like considered, you will need to submit separate forms for each.
Please apply only if you are reasonably certain that you will be able to attend the meeting and present your poster if accepted. Accepted presenters are expected to print and display their poster in the conference poster exhibit and check in with CalDerm staff. Failure to check in and present an accepted poster without notifying CalDerm in advance may affect eligibility for future CalDerm poster presentations.
