2. The owner/seller agrees to hold harmless Midwest Partners dba The Bike Place, its members, officers, and sponsors from damage, theft, or any other loss to the owner/seller's merchandise.
3. Unsold bikes need to be picked up by 5:00 PM on Saturday.
