I agree to pay all fees as required by Sask Rugby per deadline determined at the discretion of Sask Rugby.
I agree to be filmed, broadcast, photographed, identified, interviewed and otherwise recorded during an event for the purpose of media coverage, promotion, and talent identification for rugby for non-commercial use.
I agree to report any medical problems to team staff in a timely fashion, when such problems may limit the individual's ability to practice, travel, or compete.
