  • Thank you for inquiring!

    Our marquees are power operated. Therefore, a power outlet is required at the time of delivery and set-up. We do offer a generator for an additional fee.

    Outside Events

    Outside events will required an additional fee of $35 and may require additional support in order to secure rentals. (Example's below) 

     

    24 Hours or less

    If your event is less than 24-hours from event date and time. There will be an additional fee of $20 charged for (less than 24-hr notice).

    Deposit/Payments

    50% non-refundable deposit is required via invoice. If your event is less than 2 weeks away (14 days) the full balance is due upon arrive of invoice. If your total is $100 or less the full payment is due and no deposit is required. Your deposit does go towards your total balance. Full payments are due 2 weeks (14 days) before secured date. Cash is not a form of payment all payments must be made via invoice. All payments are non-refundable. 

    No Cancellation & No Dispute Agreement

    Client acknowledges and agrees that once an invoice and/or estimate has been approved and any form of payment has been submitted, the service is considered confirmed and in progress.

    In the event the Client chooses to cancel the service after payment has been made, the Client waives the right to initiate any dispute, chargeback, or claim through PayPal, their bank, or any third-party payment processor.

    Client understands that payment secures time, labor, inventory, and logistics, all of which are immediately allocated upon booking.


    No Refund Policy


    All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances once the invoice has been approved and payment has been processed.

    This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations made on the same day, during transit, or after services have been prepared or dispatched.

    No Modifications After Payment

    Once the invoice and/or estimate has been finalized and payment has been submitted, no modifications, adjustments, or changes to the order, service, or scope of work will be permitted.

    Any additional requests must be treated as a separate booking and will require a new invoice and payment.

    Service Fulfillment Despite Cancellation

    If a Client cancels after services have already begun (including preparation, loading, or transit), the Company reserves the right to complete the service delivery or arrange for pickup at a mutually agreed time.

    Client remains fully responsible for the full balance regardless of cancellation timing.


    PayPal & Payment Dispute Protection Clause

    Client expressly agrees not to file a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal for services rendered, prepared, or reserved.

    Any attempt to dispute a valid charge in violation of this agreement will be considered a breach of contract, and the Client may be held liable for:

    • The full service amount

    • Any dispute or chargeback fees

    • Collection costs and/or legal fees incurred

    By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

     


    Marquee Stacking Restriction:


    Our marquees are NOT designed or permitted to be stacked on top of one another under any circumstances. Requests to stack marquees will not be accommodated.


    Booking Finalization Policy:
    Once your booking is confirmed and payment is submitted, NO cancellations, modifications, or changes can be made to your order.


    Client Responsibility:
    It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all details, requirements, and policies prior to booking. Failure to do so does not exempt you from these terms.


    By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.

    Delivery and Set-up

    Delivery fee includes; Delivery, set-up and pickup.

    Pickup and Return

    Pickup area code (77070). Pickup instructions will be included in the contract.

    Photo ID

    Photo ID will be required for new clients only. Once photo ID is submitted once, it is no longer required for future bookings.
