Bright School Bus: Yearly Contract or Drop-In

The Bright School bus picks up students at Threads on Signal Mountain and at Baylor School.You may choose to fill out a yearly contract form with a fixed price for the year OR a drop-in contract. Fees: (per child) $1,550 Signal Mountain/Baylor (yearly contract price) or $13.00 per day (drop in). The bus route contract is based on the school year, two trips per day. No adjustments will be made for one-way riding. A fuel surcharge may be added – only if necessary – should fuel costs rise to exceed reasonable accommodation of the contract.

2. Deposit ($400/child) via FACTS due in August, remaining balance due via FACTS in 1 payment in November.
3. Deposit ($400/child) via FACTS due in August, remaining balance due via FACTS in 2 payments in November and in March.
4. Drop-in rate, charged via FACTS at the end of each semester

Parent/Guardian Agreement to Bus Contract Terms:

I have read the information carefully and have gone over the bus rules (below) with my child. I will communicate any changes in my child's bus ridership by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the change. I understand that frequent failure to communicate will result in termination of this agreement. I agree to committ to The Bright School Bus service for the school year 2026-2027 as outlined therein.

My Bus Rules for children:
- I will arrive at the bus promptly at departure times.
- I will follow the same rules for conduct that I have in my classroom.
- I will stay seated with my seatbelt fastened at all times.
- I will sit with my sibling (if applicable).
- I will not use electronic devices on the bus.
