Welcome! We would love to have your business featured at our Fiesta de Solano, summer 2026! Please fill out and submit this application for review and approval. Once your application has been approved, we will send you a confirmation email and link for payment by June 15.

    VENDOR BOOTH INFORMATION

    Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Fiesta de Solano!

    Available booth set up and price:

    - 3 DAY Vendor Booth - 10x10 ($225.00)

     

    Fiesta de Solano is July 10 &  11 from 5 PM - 10 PM (Load-in is at 3:30 PM. Load-out is 10:30 PM), then July 12 from 11:30-8 PM (Load-in is at 9:30 AM. Load-out is 8:30 PM.)

    Your booth setup includes one table and chair. Please bring your own signage. You will also be in charge of collecting your own payments.

    Your application will be reviewed and approved by our Vendor Booth Chair. A review of your application will include confirming the appropriateness of items being offered for sale. 

    Any goods left overnight are not the responsibility of Solano or the event leads.  There is no storage availability before or after load times. 

    All sales are final. No refunds if there are no shows or leaving before event is over.
