  • Please complete all of the following information for donated product received at your location from donors, food drives, sources or events coordinated with the Food Bank.

  • Fresh Produce - only include fresh produce, whole or cut
    Fruit/Veggies (frozen, canned or dry) - all other vegetables and fruits including 100% fruit juice
    Pastries & Desserts - such as cakes, cookies, danishes, and other sweet baked goods
    Bread & Grains - includes all loaf bread, rolls, biscuits, crackers, pasta, breakfast cereal, rice
    Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt) - include dairy alternativeslike almond milk, soy milk, vegan cheese; fresh, canned or dry/powdered
    Meat, Poultry, Fish - beef, pork, chicken, turkey, venison, fish and eggs; include canned, frozen, fresh or dry
    Non-meat Protein - eggs, peanut butter, nuts, soy, tofu, beans, protein powder, drinks or supplements
    Meal or Entree - ready to eat or meal mixes, like canned soups, pasta, stew, frozen pizza, burritos, sandwiches, lunchables. Refrigerated, frozen or shelf-stable.
    Other - include water, beverages other than milk or 100% juice, candy, snack foods that don't fit in any other category, coffee, condiments, seasonings
    Food Drive/Assorted - mixed donations with small quantities of many food categories
