Photo and Video Consent Agreement
I hereby grant permission to THE PITCHING LAB LLC to use photographs and/or videos of me, PLAYER, for promotional, educational, or other lawful purposes. I understand that these materials may be published in print, online, or other media. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of these images and recordings.

The agreement shall continue until such time as THE PITCHING LAB LLC recieves, in writing, the wish to terminate the agreement.
