  • Thank you for your interest in APT's Wellness Weekend, July 17 - 19, 2026. 

    Over this weekend, you have the opportunity to participate in many meditative and nature-forward events. Some events must be purchased seperately through the vendors and businesses we're partnering with. Others are already included in your ticket price. 

    Please review the weekend's complimentary wellness events and let us know if you'll be in attendance. You can RSVP for yourself and up to three guests.

    Wellness Lunch & Learn: Introduction to Qigong

    Held in the serene natural setting at APT, this engaging introduction invites you to explore Qigong as it was traditionally intended—a moving meditative practice rooted in the rhythms and intelligence of nature. This session offers both insight and inspiration, highlighting how time in nature enhances relaxation, attention, and overall wellbeing while supporting the gentle, regenerative qualities of qigong.
